Laxman Tour and Travels, operating as GoBraj, provides travel and pilgrimage services across the Braj region, including guided tour packages, chauffeur-driven transportation, sightseeing, accommodation arrangements and customised itineraries. Inclusions vary by the package or booking selected and are confirmed to you in writing before your booking is finalised.

No payment is collected through this website. Prices shown on our website are indicative starting prices for the stated package and conditions.

After you submit an enquiry, we contact you to confirm your requirements and provide a final quotation. A booking is confirmed only once you have accepted that quotation.

Final prices depend on travel dates, number of travellers, hotel category, vehicle type, availability, customised requirements and seasonal demand. Any services not included in your confirmed package are chargeable separately and will be identified to you before your booking is confirmed.

Our starting prices are quoted per person and are subject to the minimum group size and pickup location stated alongside each package.

The inclusions and exclusions applicable to your booking are those set out in the written confirmation we provide to you. We will provide the services specifically agreed for your booking.

Unless expressly stated, package prices do not include temple donations or offerings, entry fees not listed in your itinerary, and personal expenses.

Vehicle availability is subject to the selected category and travel dates.

Drivers operate vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and safety requirements.

Where accommodation is included, the hotel category is confirmed at the time of booking.

Allocation is subject to availability, and we may provide a comparable alternative if the proposed property is unavailable.

Temple entry, darshan timings, crowd conditions, security restrictions and access rules are controlled by the respective temple authorities.

We cannot guarantee priority entry or darshan unless a specific service has been expressly confirmed in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, arriving at agreed pickup locations on time, following temple and local rules, taking care of personal belongings, and following reasonable instructions from drivers and guides.

Travel plans may change because of weather, traffic, temple restrictions, government regulations, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will offer a suitable alternative.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Certain services may be provided by independent suppliers such as hotels, vehicle operators, restaurants and guides, subject to their own terms and policies.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed in your booking.

We are not responsible for delays, closures, cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
